BTOMIC guarantee covers all manufacturing defects which have occurred within 24 months for new purchases and 90 days for repairs.

2. How do I request repairs?

You will have to enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, a copy of the Order Confirmation as proof of purchase of the Product and the warranty.

During the warranty period, repairs for malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects are free of charge. However, if the watch malfunctions due to accidental damage or beyond the warranty period, we will charge fees based on the repair items. Specific costs will be confirmed with you prior to any repairs.

2. I received a damaged item.

We sincerely apologize for this situation. Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement or refund for you and cover the associated shipping costs.

3. How long does it take to process a refund?
