1. What does the warranty policy specifically cover?
BTOMIC guarantee covers all manufacturing defects which have occurred within 24 months for new purchases and 90 days for repairs.
Exclusions apply to damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on the case, depleted battery). For detailed terms, please refer to our warranty certificate.

2. How do I request repairs?

You will have to enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, a copy of the Order Confirmation as proof of purchase of the Product and the warranty.

During the warranty period, repairs for malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects are free of charge. However, if the watch malfunctions due to accidental damage or beyond the warranty period, we will charge fees based on the repair items. Specific costs will be confirmed with you prior to any repairs.
