I received a damaged item.
We sincerely apologize for this situation. Please contact us via email at “Contact Us” or phone at +1 (347) 459-1491 (Mon-Fri, 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. PST) within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number and photos/videos of the defective item. Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement or refund for you and cover the associated shipping costs.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued back to your original payment account, and the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your issuing bank or payment platform.

Warranty and Repair
What does the warranty policy specifically cover?
BTOMIC guarantee covers all manufacturing defects which have occurred within 24 months for new purchases and 90 days for repairs.
Exclusions apply to damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on the case, depleted battery). For detailed terms, please refer to our warranty certificate.

How do I request repairs?
To process a repair, please contact us via email at “Contact Us” or phone at +1 (347) 459-1491 (Mon-Fri, 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. PST) for complete instructions. You will have to enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, a copy of the Order Confirmation as proof of purchase of the Product and the warranty.
Is there a charge for watch repairs?
During the warranty period, repairs for malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects are free of charge. However, if the watch malfunctions due to accidental damage or beyond the warranty period, we will charge fees based on the repair items. Specific costs will be confirmed with you prior to any repairs.
