How do I place an order to purchase a BTOMIC watch?

You can easily select and purchase BTOMIC watches through our official website's online store. Simply choose your favorite style, click “Add to Cart,” and follow the prompts to complete checkout. All orders can be tracked via our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of secure and convenient instant or installment payment options for our global customers, including:

Credit cards and debit cards(VISA, Mastercard, Discover, etc.), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and more. We also support paying for virtual currencies via USDC.

How do I check my order status?

You can view the detailed status of all orders (e.g., Order Processing, Shipped, Completed) by logging into your BTOMIC account and navigating to the “Order History” section under the “My Account” page.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order is submitted, the system will immediately begin processing it.

We will do our best to assist you. However, please note that if the order has already entered the packing or shipping stage, we will be unable to intercept it.

What should I do if the email address or shipping address entered during checkout is incorrect?

Please contact us immediately (via email: service@btomic.com/Tel: +1 (347) 459-1491), Service hours: Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM PST. and provide your order number. We will assist you in correcting the information as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to make changes.

Shipping and Delivery

What shipping methods do you offer? What are the shipping costs?

We provide free shipping service for orders over $50, which has standard logistics timeliness. If you require a specific delivery service provider or delivery time, please contact our customer service team to confirm costs and other details.

Where is your shipment originating from?

Products purchased through this website will be shipped from any of our warehouses around the world. The actual origin location of package depends on the buyer's delivery address, which we will determine based on distance, freight and customs clearance method.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on your shipping address:
Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days.

How can I track my package?

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can access our logistics partner's website via the link in the email to track your package's status in real time.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you decide not to keep your online purchase, BTOMIC will accept the Product(s) in its original condition for exchange or full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To ensure your return request is processed smoothly, please confirm all the following conditions are met:
1.Return Period: Submit your online return request within 30 days of the order's delivery date.

2.Product Integrity: Returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition, include all original tags and anti-counterfeiting labels, and be in their complete original packaging.

3.Special Note: We cannot process returns for items showing any signs of use, damage, or customization (such as engraving, printing, or size alterations).

How to make a return?

I received a damaged item.

We sincerely apologize for this situation. Please contact us via email at “Contact Us” or phone at +1 (347) 459-1491 (Mon-Fri, 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. PST) within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number and photos/videos of the defective item. Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement or refund for you and cover the associated shipping costs.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued back to your original payment account, and the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your issuing bank or payment platform.

Can I make an exchange?

Should a Product be returned for exchange to our After-sale Service Station, the following shall apply: if the returned Product is lower in value than the exchanged Product, a credit card must be provided to charge the difference in value. If the returned Product is higher in value than the exchanged Product, online refund equivalent to the price difference will be issued.

Warranty and Repair

How do I maintain my BTOMIC watch?

Daily Cleaning: Wipe the case and strap with a soft, dry cloth.

Avoid Exposure: Keep the watch away from chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, etc., to prevent corrosion.

Magnetic Fields: Do not place the watch near strong magnetic fields such as televisions or audio equipment, as this may affect timekeeping accuracy.

Water Resistance Note: Even if water-resistant, avoid wearing the watch in high-temperature, high-humidity environments like hot baths or saunas.

What does the warranty policy specifically cover?

BTOMIC guarantee covers all manufacturing defects which have occurred within 24 months for new purchases and 90 days for repairs.
Exclusions apply to damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on the case, depleted battery). For detailed terms, please refer to our warranty certificate.

How do I request repairs?

To process a repair, please contact us via email at “Contact Us” or phone at +1 (347) 459-1491 (Mon-Fri, 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. PST) for complete instructions. You will have to enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, a copy of the Order Confirmation as proof of purchase of the Product and the warranty.

Is there a charge for watch repairs?

During the warranty period, repairs for malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects are free of charge. However, if the watch malfunctions due to accidental damage or beyond the warranty period, we will charge fees based on the repair items. Specific costs will be confirmed with you prior to any repairs.

How do I replace the strap on my watch?

On Btomic's official YouTube channel, we have filmed tutorials on how to replace the watch straps for all Btomic watch models. You can go there to view them.
