BTOMIC guarantee covers all manufacturing defects which have occurred within 24 months for new purchases and 90 days for repairs.

2. How do I request repairs?

During the warranty period, repairs for malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects are free of charge. However, if the watch malfunctions due to accidental damage or beyond the warranty period, we will charge fees based on the repair items.
