WARRANTY & REPAIR POLICY
1. WARRANTY SERVICE INTRODUCTION
Two (2) Year Limited Watch Warranty
This Two (2) Year Limited Watch Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty, offering rights that are distinct from, and in addition to, the rights provided by consumer protection laws, including, but not limited to, those related to non-conforming goods. The benefits of this warranty are supplementary to, and do not replace, any rights afforded by consumer law. Please note that the national laws of your country of residence may grant you additional consumer rights beyond those outlined in this warranty.
This warranty is provided by BTOMIC Group LLC ("BTOMIC," "we," or "us") and is valid for two (2) years from the original date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. A copy of the purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.
Coverage
During the warranty period, only the watch's movement, hands, and dial are covered by this warranty. Should any of these components be found defective in materials or workmanship under normal use, they will be repaired or replaced free of charge for parts and labor.
Replacement Policy
In the event of a replacement, BTOMIC cannot guarantee that the same model will be provided. If your original model is unavailable, we will replace it with a watch of equal value and similar style. Any replaced watch will be covered by this warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period, or for ninety (90) days from the replacement date, whichever period is longer.
2. WARRANTY COVERAGE
2.1 THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or aging.
- Water damage if the care instructions for the product’s water resistance level (as indicated on the product) are not followed.
- Products not purchased from an authorized retailer.
- Battery replacement.
This warranty will be void if the watch has been damaged due to accident, negligence by anyone other than authorized sales or service agents, unauthorized service, or any other factors not caused by defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty is also void if the serial numbers, product date codes, or other tracking marks have been removed, altered, or obliterated.
Unless stated otherwise, the warranties and remedies outlined above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms, or conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement. All of these are expressly disclaimed by BTOMIC.
BTOMIC shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from the sale or use of this product, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability, or any other legal theory, even if BTOMIC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In such cases, even if any limited remedy specified in this warranty is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose, BTOMIC’s total liability shall be limited to the replacement or repair of the product or the purchase price paid, at BTOMIC’s sole discretion.
Some countries, states, or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. Where implied warranties cannot be excluded entirely, they will be limited to the duration of this written warranty. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary depending on local law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
3. TO INITIATE A WARRANTY OR REPAIR REQUEST
3.1 Warranty Service Procedure
To request warranty service, please send your watch, a copy of your sales receipt, and a description of the issue to the After-Sale Service Station.
For service requests that are not covered under this warranty, the After-Sale Service Station may still perform the requested work for a fee, which will depend on the style of the watch and the type of service required. These charges are subject to change.
We strongly recommend that you insure your parcel and ensure the watch is properly protected during shipment. BTOMIC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
4. PRODUCT WITH THE WARRANTY PERIOD HAS EXPIRED
4.1 Out-of-Warranty Service
In the event that your watch, purchased from BTOMIC or an authorized dealer, is no longer covered by warranty and requires repair, you may still submit it to our designated service center for evaluation and servicing. Upon receipt, our technicians will assess the condition of the watch and provide an estimate for the required repairs. Additionally, you may be required to cover the cost of shipping for the return of the watch.
