RETURNS & REFUND
1. SCOPE OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1.1 Return and Refund Policy
Merchandise purchased on btomic.com may be returned in its original condition for exchange or a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
1.2 Return Procedure
If, for any reason, you decide not to keep your online purchase, BTOMIC will accept the product(s) in their original condition for exchange or a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
1.3 Return Requirements
Any product(s) you return must be in their original, saleable condition with all original packaging, certificates, and other enclosures. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before being accepted.
You must also return any certificates that accompanied the product(s). Failure to do so will result in a $200 replacement fee. Additionally, we may charge you for any loss or damage to the product's presentation box.
1.4 Restrictions on Returns
We cannot accept returned products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above return conditions as determined by BTOMIC.
1.5 Engraved or Custom Ordered Products
Engraved or custom-ordered products are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund.
1.6 Returns to Third-Party Authorized Resellers
Products purchased through the Website cannot be returned (for refund or exchange) to any third-party authorized resellers of BTOMIC products.
1.7 Exchange Process at After-Sale Service Station
When returning a product for exchange at our After-Sale Service Station, the following applies:
- If the returned product is of lower value than the exchanged product, the difference in value will be charged to a credit card.
- If the returned product is of higher value than the exchanged product, an online refund equivalent to the price difference will be issued.
2. RETURN PROCESS
2.1 Return Authorization
Before returning any product(s), you must contact our customer service representatives via email through the “Contact Us” page or by phone at +1 (347) 459-1491 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST) to discuss the details of your return, exchange, or refund request. Once an agreement has been reached, you may proceed to ship the product(s) to the nearest service location.

2.3 Return Shipping Costs and Recommendations
You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning product(s) to us, except when the product is faulty, in which case we will refund the cost of return shipping.
We recommend that you ship returned product(s) via insured parcel post to ensure tracking. Additionally, we suggest purchasing sufficient insurance to cover the purchase price of the product(s). BTOMIC will not be liable for any reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled during transit.
3. REFUND PROCESS
3.1 Refund Process
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. The processing time for returns will not exceed seven (7) business days from the receipt of the returned product(s).
