We operate multiple fulfillment warehouses located in the United States, Switzerland, Germany, and Hong Kong. Upon confirmation of your order, we will determine the most appropriate shipping origin based on your delivery address, flight availability, and customs clearance requirements.
3.2 Customs and Import Duties
In some cases, customs or import duties may apply. These duties are your responsibility, as we are unable to assist with the customs clearance process. If you experience any issues with customs clearance, please contact us at service@btomic.com for further assistance.
When customs notifies you to complete the clearance process, please ensure that it is done promptly. We are not liable for any losses that may occur due to delays in customs clearance.
3.3 Delivery and Handover to Local Carriers
Once your package reaches the destination country and clears customs, it will be handed over to our local logistics partners—such as DHL, FedEx, USPS, UPS, 4PX, YunExpress, or other carriers—based on the delivery address provided.
